Remember what you used to love doing as a kid?
How you felt doing it?
Wanna feel that way again?
A couple weeks ago in our UNLEASH Daily group, I did a practice where I invited our ladies to remember what they used to love to do as a kid. We used our kid inspiration to show us how to feel more alive and inspired now.
When I was a kid, I loved horses. I drew them. All the time.
Then I’d write stories about them.
I haven’t done that in 30 years.
I decided to give it a go again.
So I drew a horse and wrote it’s story. And doing it made me so happyyyyyyyyyy.
Am I going to publish it or put it out to the public?
But it made me happy.
And doing something that makes you happy makes it worth it.
Here’s why I’m telling you this:
When you feel inspired and alive, you feel happy.
When you’re happy (or not), you influence those around you.
Maya Angelo said,
People will forget what you said,
people what forget what you did,
but people will never forget how you made them feel.
How do you make those around you to feel?
When you’re happy, you spread happy.
When you’re inspired, you spread inspiration.
When you’re creative, you spread creativity.
So what can you do to make you feel happy?
What did you used to love as a kid?
How can you let that inspire you NOW?
Here’s to spreading more joy, play, happy, fun, juiciness!!!
