The time you can listen deeply and sync up with her rhythms,
A holy day to connect with spirit in ritual.
Solstice has been used since ancient times by priestesses, healers, guides and seers to awaken, activate and initiate. There is a call back to rhythm, to listening, to pausing, to visioning.
Here are 2 ways to use the energy of the solstice:
Create Ritual
We are closing our year. What did you think you would have done by now? What plans are still on hold? What is taking up space that needs to move? That needs to go? As you come to solstice time, ask yourself, what are you ready to release?
Solstice is a perfect time to rise early, to meditate or pray, and release the old energy. Then as the sun rises, hold space for the energy you want to create moving forward. Allow the sun codes to come. Then journal what arises for you.
