Karen Abend is an artist and the founder of the Sketchbook Revival Online Workshop and Creative Community. Originally from Southern California, she's been living the expat life in Sicily (Italy) for over a decade.
Karen’s art is driven by her love of creativity and the feeling of joy she receives from exploring her creative voice for both personal projects and creative collaborations.
This heart-centered approach infuses everything Karen makes. Her ultimate goal is to create something every day and spread positive energy through the playful, vibrant and uplifting imagery that comes out of her daily practice and other projects.
She is also committed to sharing her journey to inspire and empower others to start and keep up their own creative practices in order to live happier and more creative lives.
