FAQs
How much time will this take each day?
The daily audios are about 5 to 10 minutes. The rest depends on the practice you choose. It might be a few minutes to post, clear a drawer, or say no. It might be time for art or rest.
Do I have to put myself out there or post in public?
Only if you want to. For some women, unleashing is about getting used to being seen. For others, it's an inside job: working with the critic, following intuition, resting without guilt, or saying no. Both count.
Is this only for artists?
Not at all. Creativity is one way women unleash. This is for any woman who wants to stop holding back… in her voice, her work, her home, her yes and no, her goals, her rest, or her relationship with Spirit.
Can I join after October 12?
Yes! You can join anytime. You'll get all the past audios and replays so you can start right away.
What if I fall behind?
It's totally fine. Just take it one day at a time, at your own pace. The only things tied to dates are the live sessions and the daily support in the Facebook Circle.

What if I can't make the live sessions?
No problem. All sessions are recorded, and you'll get the replays.
Do I have to be on Facebook?
No. The Facebook Circle is optional. You'll still get all the daily audios and you can join every live session.
How will I get the daily audios?
You'll get an email each day with the audio and a gentle reminder to keep unleashing. You'll also get your own login to our Woman Unleashed Programs portal, where you can find everything anytime.
What's your refund policy?
If it's not the right fit, you can ask for a full refund within 48 hours of the start date. If you purchase after we begin, you’ll have 48 hours from your purchase to decide.
